He doesnt show up on time and is always late for 2 to 3 hours and this happened 4 times in a span of 1 week. He is unprofessional as he doesnt know to respect my time, he wanted to discuss about the campaign during my rest period even if I keep on saying that I prefer to discuss things during our work schedule so I can accommodate him(which I brought up during the interview). -Working with him was a very bad experience, he told me that he already placed funds on the campaign before i started making calls. i assisted him in setting everything up. after my shift i found out that the campaign has been suspended because there were no funds on the campaign. i informed him several times to put funds on the campaign but he just disregarded my message and kept saying that he will fix it. he told me that there was something wrong with the recording that's why he will not put funds on the campaign until the recording is fixed. he told me that someone was already assisting him in fixing it but when i asked outbounders if someone was helping him to fix it they said that he didn't reach out to them for help and that the recordings are working fine!
