Need Outbounders to Pitch Reputation Videos

I need experienced telemarketers to pitch reputation videos. Based on conversations with other people I have interviewed, I suspect some of you have seen the script already which in its basic form has been tested by some successful marketers. However, establishing rapport and getting past gatekeepers I know is the bigger skill that I am looking for so that the pitch can be made to the actual decision maker. Note, I also have no problem with people modifying the script to attempt to get more sales if they find it is not working for them, as long as they are honest with the person they are speaking to.

I am also flexible on hours worked in terms of accommodating people's schedules. As long as it is during USA business hours it is okay.

As to compensation, that is totally flexible. I am willing to pay the top hourly rate I have seen here, if the person is actually getting sales; however, it is going to depend on the person. For example native English speakers with strong experience cold calling I would be willing to pay a much higher hourly rate to try them out than someone for whom English is not their native language. I am mainly looking to test multiple marketers at first to see who can properly deliver the pitch and get results. If I do find someone who is successful, I plan on making this a regular assignment, and I plan on paying performance based bonuses to keep proven telemarketers working with me.

All applicants need to be able to be able to speak good English and undergo a Skype interview. If someone has successfully sold reputation videos in the past that is also a plus, but not required.
