Thank you for allowing me to work on this campaign. It would have been helpful if the goals, training and setup were organized and pre-established, and if the desired sales technique (i.e. 1-call close or working the lead) is made clear when hiring us. We understand that many Employers have invested their money in projects and are eager to get the ROI fast and easy, but this is unrealistic in many cases and causes a strain on the Outbounder's abilities to complete the project successfully. The key to successful campaigns is to have realistic expectations, well-executed training, and the all the tools necessary to pitch your product (product knowledge, rebuttals, adequate 3rd party dialer training, CRM or reporting tools, and sales scripts and emails that are not gimicky. If this cannot be provided to the Outbounder, then it should be expected that we will have to spend time to organize the campaign as such so that we can do our job in helping you to succeed.
