called me fat shit woman infront of his tech, unprofessional, its his obligation to give my bonus but then he said he wont. take side with the agent who is also a liar and blame it on me thats why need to quit. he msge me again to join the team and cut my hours, he was just only using me because he has no agents left. now, giving me bad remarks to cover what his true color.

This client hired me back, so I accepted the offer again because it was just a misunderstanding. But unfortunately, the power supplier in our area last Saturday had an issue on their transformer so I wasn't able to work. I tried to message him via skype to let him know about my situation, but since I was just using free mobile data, the message didn't go through. Because of this, he changed my hourly rate and daily limit so I decided to just end this contract. He also didn't pay the unpaid hours and his promise bonus for each job I have closed. He kept on talking bad words as well. Really can't take this anymore.

This client is nice and transparent. He wanted me to train new dispatcher, hence, I wanted to learn more first before training others since I'm just on my first week, so no pressure at all. It was just misinterpreted by the client I guess. But, I am still thankful for the opportunity!
