I believed the Manager in-charge for this project was not really ready to start the Campaign (I don't want to mention his name for his privacy and somehow showing respect at the same time). He's not organized and he don't know his priorities when it comes to work. Every week the FUND was always DEPLETED,and he's always giving us many excuses. Our time were totally wasted, because every other day, the campaign was freezing due to Fund and Dialer issues. I hope if they will plan to have another Campaign again on this site, please make sure that you guys should be well-prepared and provide a good Dialer for your agents, to avoid any inconvenience to the Agents whom you hired on your Campaign. However, thanks for making ways to pay all the hours we spent on this project for a month when your Fund gets depleted.

Client has not been setting our expectations straight from the start; always giving alibis. They're not being transparent of what's going on; funds get depleted too many times despite giving positive results for work. They assured me they will continue working with me but ended the campaign without proper communication. Also has too many issues with funds; informed us on a Friday that payment went through but the truth is, they didn't deposit any amount on that same day. Though the work itself is fun and the work schedule is flexible, they still need to learn how to handle employees well. I hope this is a lesson learned and I wish them well in the future.
