Unfortunately, this happens way too often in sales campaigns. We suggest that Clients learn how to lead a Sales Campaign incl. the tools for success before they hire an Agent. If they don't want to do this, then they have to be willing to invest the time/money for the Agent to set up and guide them (5-15 hours). You can't "hit the ground running" without tools & training. OB does not provide scripts, lists, strategies, objections/rebuttals, or sales training. The Agent does. Training incl. product knowledge and test calls are essential to building a successful campaign. Below are a few sales campaign "orientation links" for new Clients.
