Employer said that in order to be hired i need to know how to handle the dialer and he informed me that once i know how to handle the dialer to ping him and i pinged him several times to tell him what i was told by outbounder agent that we can only learn how to use the dialer once hired. The Employer did not bother to send a message nor did he come back online.
