Phone screen for job applicants

I have a number of job applicants that need to be screened by phone to answer a list of questions. The answers will be filled in an excel sheet for each candidate. The call duration should not exceed 10 minutes. The calling time has to be between 0900-1600 saudi arabia time which GMT+3. Work to start immediately,
