JOB DESCRIPTION:
This LUCRATIVE opportunity provides a GENEROUS commission structure for EASY APPOINTMENT SETTING from the comfort of your own home.
YOUR MISSION:
1) You will book 10 appointments per shift from the LEADS PROVIDED.
2) You will confirm your appointments one day in advance (to ensure that they attend).
3) You will email me hourly updates on the leads that you connect with.
Your work schedule is FLEXIBLE and you may CHOOSE YOUR OWN HOURS! It it your choice to work a minimum of 20 hours to a maximum of 30 hours per week, but only between the following hours:
Weekdays: 5:30pm to 9:00pm Toronto time.
Weekends: 1pm to 8pm Toronto time.
IN ADDITION TO your base pay, you will receive commission for EACH appointment that shows up AND more commission on each unit that they purchase. I have a 70% close rate, therefore the more HIGH QUALITY appointments that you book, there more money you will make. YOU COMMISSION IS UNLIMITED AND IT IS ALL IN YOUR HANDS :)
There are 4 ways that you will make money. Your WEEKLY pay is as follows:
1) BASE PAY = $2 per hour.
2) COMMISSION = $1 for each customer that shows up.
3) BONUS COMMISSION = When the customer buys, you get $0.25 per unit X the number of units per sale.
4) MONTH END TARGET BONUS = You will receive an ADDITIONAL LUMP SUM of cash at month end if you hit your target.
Example: 1 customer buys 20 units:
Commission (because they showed up) = $1
Bonus commission = 20 units X $0.25 per unit = $5
Total commission = $1 + $5 = $6 commission for EACH SALE in ADDITION to your hourly base rate!
This is an EXTREMELY LUCRATIVE position with UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS for the right candidate! Interviews are being conducted on an ongoing basis. I look forward to working with you.
