Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales (Inbound)

Expat Vision is a UK TV service provider providing UK TV packages to the British who live outside the UK abroad. We are looking for a full time agent to take inbound calls from our advertising on the Radio and within Newspapers in many EU Countries. The agent will also monitor and respond to online chat requests from our PPC advertising on Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Bing. The agent will deal with 1st line technical support requests. There is also a little admin required with reporting tasks and data entry.
