We are a company that is looking to hire a team of home based Outbound Sales & Customer Service Representatives to manage incoming calls and emails and conduct outbound calls to businesses in parts of North America. We are looking for someone who can work predominantly during North American business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls from leads and existing customers, take orders as required and answer any questions
- Handle emails and live chat requests online
- Conduct outbound calls to generate more interest in the business
- Fax or email price lists or product/company brochures to interested individuals
- Update CRM
- Record and upload each and every single call
- Any other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- University degree is required
- 2 - 3 years of telemarketing experience or customer service is required
- High speed internet, own computer and a quiet room to work in is required
- Excellent English speaking, writing and comprehension skills
- Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
- Tenacious, self-motivated and sales driven
We pay a base salary of $300.00 USD + bonuses. We provide the calling system, CRM and leads list. Pay is bi-weekly and bonuses are paid monthly.
