We are a company that is looking to hire a team of home based Customer Service Representatives to handle incoming calls, emails and live chat requests, and conduct outbound calls to businesses in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. This is a part of our international growth and we are looking for well versed, English speaking individuals who wish to be a part of it. We are predominantly looking to hire individuals who can work during North American business hours (9 AM - 9 PM Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from leads who wish to learn more information regarding the company or existing clients who wish to place an order
- Handle emails sent from interested parties and reply professionally and in a timely manner
- Handle incoming live chat requests (Zopim)
- Make anywhere from 75 - 150 outbound calls a day; leads lists are provided
- Fax or email price lists or product/company brochures to interested individuals
- Update CRM
- Record and upload each and every single call
Qualifications:
- University degree is required
- 2 - 3 years of telemarketing experience is required
- High speed internet, own computer and a quiet room to work in is required
- Excellent English speaking, writing and comprehension skills
- Fluency in other languages is an asset, we pay a language premium for every language you speak and write in fluently
We pay a base salary of $250.00 USD + bonuses. We provide the calling system, CRM and leads list. Pay is bi-weekly and bonuses are paid monthly.
