You will love coffee and you love technology, you will know the difference between a Robusta and Jamaican blue mountain, the difference between an IPhone and an espresso machine. You will have a favourite cup of java, you will be happy working part time hours in a sales driven environment, you will be happy if needed working from home, you will have a sparkling telephone manner be comfortable selling and a natural personality that endures trust and building relations, you will understand the coffee supply chain, perhaps gained from a high street multiple where you delivered outstanding customer service.
The key criteria that will make a successful Telesales executive:
• excellent communication skills
• self-motivated, tenacious
• enthusiastic, confident
• ambitious, driven
• show initiative, hard working
• good customer service/ sales experience and good understanding of CRM systems is needed but not essential for this roll

The role:
• Phoning new and existing customers
• Following up and closing for business
• Dealing with customer enquiries and orders
• Management of CRM system
• This is very much a new business focussed role
