Real Estate Caller — Small Apartment Owners (Full-Time) | $6/hr + Bonuses

Hiring immediately — 2-3 seats only. These seats will go fast — first come, first served. No real estate experience required.

We buy small apartment buildings (4-20 units) in Phoenix, Arizona directly from owners. You will call owners from a list we provide — dialer, script, and training included. Scripts are a guide, not a teleprompter: we want real conversations, not script-readers.
If you have any outbound phone experience (BPO sales, appointment setting, solar, insurance, collections) and clear English, we will train you on the rest. We hire for hunger, energy, and reliability — not resumes.

Why this list beats single family calling: the conversation is almost the same, but small apartment owners are not getting called by every wholesaler in the market, and our data is high quality and targeted - so owners are easier to reach and more willing to talk.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Arizona time (fixed — Arizona never changes its clocks). That's 11pm-7am Philippines, 10am-6pm Colombia, 5pm-1am Egypt/South Africa.

The job:
- 200-250+ dials/day on our dialer
- Talk to owners: would they consider selling? Ask about units, occupancy, rents, how long they've owned it, condition, motivation, timeline, and price
- Schedule follow-ups for warm leads
- Log every call with detailed notes, same day
- Send a short daily report (dials, conversations, warm leads)
- You do NOT negotiate price or promise offers — our acquisitions team handles that

Pay: $6/hr + $25 weekly bonus + $1,500 per closed deal

Bonuses — exact terms:
- Weekly: $25/week if you hit 1,200+ dials, all notes logged same day, daily report on time, full attendance
- Per deal: $1,500 for every deal that closes from an owner you first contacted and logged. Paid via Wise within 7 days after closing. Monthly updates on your leads. No cap.

You must have:
- Some outbound phone experience (any industry)
- Clear, fluent English with a neutral accent
- Thick skin, high energy, and you show up on time, every day
- Strong written English for call notes
- Computer, noise-cancelling headset, quiet workspace, fast reliable internet
