About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned, high-performing Senior Telesales Executive with at least a decade of proven outbound sales experience. In this role, you will lead direct outreach to potential UK clients, manage end-to-end sales conversations, qualify commercial opportunities, and close deals. Because this is a senior remote role, you must be self-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating independently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling campaigns targeting key UK prospects and decision-makers.
Deliver persuasive product/service presentations, handle complex objections, and negotiate terms effectively over the phone.
Qualify leads, establish trust quickly with business clients, and convert opportunities into closed accounts.
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking, logging call notes, follow-up stages, and conversion metrics.
Provide strategic feedback on prospect pain points to help refine sales scripts and outreach tactics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years minimum of successful telesales / outbound sales experience, with a clear history of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Market Familiarity: Extensive experience selling into the UK market, with a strong command of British business etiquette, professional phone conduct, and objection handling.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English, active listening skills, and a consultative closing style.
Independence: Proven discipline working remotely in a quiet, professional home-office setup with reliable high-speed internet and hardware.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and cloud telephony/dialer
