Medical Billing Lead Generation & Appointment Setter

Description:
We are hiring an experienced outbound caller to schedule qualified appointments for a fast-growing medical billing company that uses advanced AI technology to help medical practices improve collections and reduce revenue leakage.

You will receive approximately 100 targeted, enriched medical-practice contacts each week.

Your job is to:

Call medical practices and professionally navigate the gatekeeper
Reach the physician, practice owner, or decision-maker
Introduce our complimentary Revenue Leakage Analysis
Explain that the analysis identifies missed revenue, billing inefficiencies, denials, and collection opportunities
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate notes and consistently follow up with prospects

We have more than 2,000 enriched contacts and a database of over 15,000 medical-practice phone numbers.

Requirements:

Proven outbound calling and appointment-setting experience
Strong English communication skills
Confidence speaking with medical office managers, gatekeepers, and physicians
Persistent, professional, and comfortable with multiple follow-ups
Medical, healthcare, SaaS, or B2B experience is preferred
Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and conversational
Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment

Success will be measured by:

Completed calls and follow-up activity
Conversations with qualified decision-makers
Qualified appointments scheduled
Appointment attendance and quality
