We are hiring a full time Cold Caller for a top real estate team serving Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: call expired listings, FSBOs, and absentee owners, handle the no, and set qualified appointments. The bar is two appointments booked per day.
You will not be handed a list and left alone. You get a dialer, real leads, proven scripts, AI support, and a method built over twenty years of real sales. Our team lead generates together live on Zoom every day, so you learn fast and you are never grinding by yourself.
What you will do: Make a high volume of outbound calls every day. Open cold, handle objections, and book appointments. Log your activity and hit a daily appointment target. Show up on Zoom with the team and keep your standard on the slow days too.
This is for you if: Rejection does not rattle you and the next call is your favorite call. You have a clear, confident phone voice. You show up every day whether or not anyone is watching. You want your effort to control your income.
This is not for you if: The phone drains you, you go quiet after a few no's, or you want a role where the work happens only when you feel motivated.
Compensation: Base pay, a bonus for every appointment you set, and uncapped commission. Your income rises with your output.
