Equity Pro Homebuyers is looking for a reliable, well-spoken, and highly organized Lead Manager / Lead Generator to help us speak with motivated property owners and generate qualified seller opportunities.
We are a real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners. We help sellers who may be dealing with inherited properties, vacant homes, tax delinquency, code violations, tired landlord situations, problem tenants, pre-foreclosure, probate, or properties that need repairs.
This role will include both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
You will be responsible for calling inbound leads as soon as they come in, qualifying their motivation, gathering important property details, updating our CRM, and setting qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.
You will also call outbound leads from targeted lists to generate interest from property owners who may want to sell their property. The goal is not to pressure people. The goal is to have real conversations, identify motivation, gather accurate information, and book appointments with sellers who are open to receiving a cash offer.
Responsibilities
Call inbound seller leads quickly and professionally.
Call outbound targeted real estate leads daily.
Qualify sellers based on motivation, timeline, asking price, property condition, ownership situation, and decision-making ability.
Ask strong discovery questions and actively listen.
Enter accurate notes into the CRM after every conversation.
Tag and organize leads correctly based on lead status.
Follow up with warm leads who are not ready yet.
Book qualified appointments for the acquisitions team.
Send texts, voicemails, and follow-up messages when needed.
Maintain a professional tone with homeowners, relatives, landlords, and distressed sellers.
Hit daily call, contact, and appointment-setting goals.
Ideal Candidate
You have experience with cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, real estate, or call center work.
You are comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
You can handle rejection without getting discouraged.
You are organized and able to follow a script while still sounding natural.
You have strong English communication skills.
You are dependable, coachable, and consistent.
You understand that speed-to-lead matters.
You can work during Eastern Time business hours.
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required if you are a strong caller and willing to learn.

We need someone who can help separate serious sellers from tire kickers, keep our pipeline organized, and make sure our team is spending time with the highest-quality opportunities.

Compensation
Hourly pay plus performance-based commission/bonus opportunities.
Commission/bonus may be available for qualified appointments, contracts, or closed deals depending on experience and performance.
