Outbound Caller - Qualify & Book Meetings (US Businesses)

I run a US lead generation business and I'm looking for a reliable outbound appointment setter for a long term role.
What you'll do:

You'll call US businesses (insurance agencies and home service companies like HVAC, roofing, and plumbing) that are already running ads online. You are NOT closing or selling. Your only job is to ask a few quick qualifying questions, create interest, and book a call on our specialist's calendar.
We provide everything: the lead list, a full script, training, and the calendar to book into. The leads already spend money on advertising, so you're offering them something useful, not cold pitching from scratch.
What I'm looking for:

Clear, neutral English and a warm, natural phone manner
Experience with US outbound calling, appointment setting, or pay per call / live transfers is a big plus
Comfortable handling gatekeepers and simple objections without getting flustered
Reliable, consistent, and able to stay upbeat through rejection
Available to work US business hours
