We are expanding our outbound investor relations team. The role involves making calls to prospective investors, introducing the opportunity, conducting a structured qualification conversation and booking a callback with our senior investor relations team.

We offer a competitive base rate, uncapped commission and a performance bonus structure that means your earnings are directly in your hands. Top performers can achieve $1,500+ per month OTE. For those who deliver consistently and demonstrate the right attitude, promotion opportunities within the company are available.

A full script, structured training and ongoing support are provided from day one to set you up for success. What we need from you is the ability to take that structure and make it sound completely natural, confident and engaging on every single call.

We are looking for people who take genuine pride in how they come across on the phone, and who understand that a great conversation is a skill, not just a task.

The right candidate will be:
- Fluent in English with a clear, natural and professional telephone manner
- Experienced in outbound calling, telemarketing or telephone sales (specific to financial services or investments is a strong advantage)
- Driven by performance and motivated by earnings
- A natural conversationalist who can work within a structured framework
- Able to build rapport quickly and guide a conversation with confidence
- Self-motivated and disciplined in managing own performance
- Detail oriented in providing accurate records and notes

Responsibilities include:
- Meeting daily call targets whilst maintaining consistent quality in every conversation
- Following a structured script and qualification framework
- Qualifying prospects against specific criteria
- Confirming contact details and sending information via email
- Booking callbacks with our investor relations team
- Maintaining accurate and up to date call records after every conversation
- Reporting daily on calls made, prospects qualified and callbacks booked
