We are Academia by Serosoft, a global Education ERP company providing Student Information Systems (SIS) to universities and institutions worldwide.
We’re looking for a results-driven Appointment Setter who can reach out to our list of prospects via cold calling and cold emailing, generate interest, and book demo meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects via cold calls and emails
- Introduce our SIS solution and generate interest
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Schedule demo calls for our team
- Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting / lead generation
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach
- Ability to handle objections and engage prospects
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / EdTech
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
