Are you a high-performing Closer looking for a stable side gig with a guaranteed income floor?
We are partnering with a fast-growing company in the Skincare and Wellness sector to build out a brand-new sales department. We are looking for performance-driven Sales Closers to convert high-intent inbound leads and qualified appointments into revenue.
Note: This is a part-time commission based, 1099 Independent Contractor role. No cold prospecting required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Draw: $1,300 per month.
How the Base Draw works: We want to ensure a stable floor for our closers. For example, if you earn $800 in commission for the month, the company will pay a $500 "top-up" to ensure you hit $1,300. If you earn more than $1,300 in commission, you simply keep your full commission plus any earned bonuses.
Commission: 12–20% based on performance.
Bonuses: Additional incentives for compliance, quality, and script adherence.
Payouts: Monthly.
What You’ll Do
- Run structured sales calls with high-intent inbound and qualified leads.
- Close deals using approved pricing, offers, and sales frameworks.
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV) through approved upsells and subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and strict compliance standards.
- Participate in 1:1 coaching and QA reviews.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–4 years of phone-based closing (DTC, eCommerce, or Subscriptions).
Niche Expertise: At least 1–2 years of experience selling Cosmetic or Supplement products.
Skills: Strong objection-handling, consultative selling, and a performance-driven mindset.
Communication: Fluent English with clear pronunciation.
Tech Setup: Stable internet and electricity are non-negotiable. Must have a backup power source (UPS/Generator) to ensure 100% uptime during shifts.
Availability: Reliable availability for EST-aligned coverage shifts.
About the Opportunity
As this is a new department, we are looking for adaptable professionals. You should be comfortable with evolving tools, systems, and schedules as we scale. You will be expected to follow specific scripts and processes to maximize lead conversion.
