We’re hiring a performance-driven Sales Closer to convert high-intent inbound leads and qualified booked appointments into revenue using approved sales frameworks and scripts.
This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor role with strong earning potential, clear KPIs, and strict compliance standards. The role focuses on closing qualified opportunities — not cold prospecting.
What You’ll Do
- Run structured sales calls with high-intent inbound and qualified leads
- Close deals using approved pricing, offers, and sales frameworks
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV) through approved upsells and subscriptions
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and strict compliance standards
- Participate in 1:1 coaching, QA reviews, and required training sessions
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of phone-based closing experience (DTC, ecommerce, subscriptions, health preferred)
- Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue targets
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Reliable availability during EST-aligned coverage shifts
Compensation
- Commission-based (12–20%), based on performance
- Additional bonuses tied to compliance, quality, and script adherence
- Monthly payouts (not bi-weekly)
