Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling (Real Estate)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, confident, and results-driven Virtual Assistant Cold Caller to support our real estate acquisitions team. Your primary role will be making outbound calls to property owners, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisitions managers.

This is a long-term position with consistent hours, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to property owners using provided dialer and call lists

Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone

Identify motivated sellers and gather key property information

Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations

Accurately update CRM (Podio / GoHighLevel / similar) with call notes and outcomes

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments when appropriate

Maintain professionalism, persistence, and a positive attitude on every call

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a cold caller, appointment setter, or telemarketer

Strong English communication skills (clear, neutral accent preferred)

Confident speaking with property owners and handling objections

Comfortable making high call volumes daily

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Familiarity with CRMs and dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, etc. is a plus)

Coachable, consistent, and able to follow systems and scripts

Preferred (Not Required)

Prior real estate cold calling experience

Experience working with U.S.-based sellers

Understanding of real estate terms (vacant, inherited, behind on payments, etc.)

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time or full-time available

U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)

Hourly pay + performance bonuses per qualified lead / appointment (The Hourly Rate is negotiable based on experience)

Pay increases based on performance and consistency
