About the Role
We are a growing U.S.-based Commercial Real Estate Brokerage looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to help with cold calling, skip tracing, and lead research. This role is critical to our deal pipeline, and we’re looking for someone who is consistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with property owners.
If you enjoy research, outbound calling, and helping generate real opportunities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call commercial property owners (using provided scripts)
Qualify leads and gather key property/owner information
Skip trace owners using online tools and databases
Update and manage CRM
Take clear notes and follow call instructions
Requirements
Clear, neutral English speaking ability
Confident on the phone and not afraid of rejection
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and headset
Ability to follow scripts and instructions consistently
Familiarity with U.S. time zones (preferred)
Work Details
Position: Full-time
Schedule: U.S. business hours
