Taskify — Remote (Full-Time)
**About the Role
We’re hiring an Implementation & Deployment Specialist to onboard new clients, set up their Taskify CRM, and ensure every account is deployed accurately and on time. You’ll configure systems, build automations, and make sure clients start with a fully functional setup.
**Responsibilities
Lead onboarding calls and gather client requirements.
Set up Taskify sub-accounts, pipelines, automations, calendars, phone systems, and AI bots.
Build funnels, forms, and templates using our standardized frameworks.
Ensure deployments meet internal SLAs for delivery time and quality.
Troubleshoot early issues and escalate technical problems when needed.
Maintain detailed documentation and follow company SOPs.
**Requirements
Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel strongly preferred).
Familiar with automations, workflows, funnels, and integrations.
Experience with Google Ads is highly desired.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
**Performance Expectations
Onboard clients within SLA timelines.
Keep rework rate under 5%.
Deliver fully configured accounts ready for handoff.
**Schedule & Compensation
Full-time (8 hrs/day)
Hourly compensation based on company standard + performance bonuses.
