We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Disposition Specialist to join our team and take ownership of selling our investment properties to our buyer network.
Role Overview:
As a Disposition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the sales process of our acquired properties. You will build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, real estate agents, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth closing process. This is a key revenue-generating role that requires strong sales skills, real estate knowledge, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to real estate agents across the US and build a relationship with them to sell our contracted properties.
Market investment properties to our buyer database, investor lists, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, buyers, and agents
Negotiate price and contract terms to maximize deal profits
Manage property showings, and answer buyer inquiries
Maintain and update CRM with buyer feedback and deal status
Create marketing materials and email blasts for each new property
Coordinate with transaction coordinators and title companies to ensure timely closings
Monitor local real estate market trends and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or disposition (preferred)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Familiarity with off-market real estate and investor transactions
Proficient in tools like Zillow, Redfin, PropStream, and CRM systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Available during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
Compensation:
$15 hour
.5% commission - target commissions are $750-1250 per month.
There will be quarterly bonuses available and potential for pay increases over time if they do well in the position.
Sign on Bonus at 90 days = $1000
Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours/week)
Must be available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
