If you’ve closed U.S. land or wholesaling deals for 2+ years, handle objections we want you.What You’ll Do Close Sellers: Run discovery, build rapport, present offers, handle objections, and secure signed agreements Price & Offers: Make offers to sellersDeal Saves: Re-negotiate price/terms after due diligence, rescue stalled files, manage extensions, keep sellers engaged.Must-Have Qualifications2+ years closing experience in U.S. real estate wholesaling or LAND (seller acquisitions/closing).Proven negotiation & objection handling (timeline, price, other decision-makers, competing offers).Comfortable discussing title/escrow, EMD, curative issues, double close vs assignment.Strong English (spoken & written) and professional call etiquette; clear, concise follow-ups.LAND-specific experience Please send LOOM Video introducing yourself & ookla speed test
