I am organising back-to-back entry-level hiring drives across some countries in Asia need a Female interviewer who can join me on the road immediately. Your main purpose on each 5–6-day trip is to sit with our in-house recruiter, run short face-to-face interviews with large applicant groups and hand me a clear, reliable shortlist before we leave each city.
You already know your way around high-volume interviewing and are comfortable making quick, structured pass/fail decisions. Because we sometimes switch locations at short notice, the job also calls for someone who can travel frequently without fuss; a valid passport and a suitcase that can be packed in a few hours are essential. I cover flights, hotels and ground transport, and you receive a separate professional fee for every trip.
While English is our working language, Each evening you will email a spreadsheet of the day’s interviews with brief notes
Deliverables
• Conduct on-site screening of roughly 200 candidates per trip alongside my recruiter
• Daily shortlist spreadsheet and interview notes sent before midnight local time
• Final brief call and consolidated report within 24 h of the last interview
Acceptance criteria
At least 90 % of shortlisted profiles must meet our baseline eligibility grid, and all documentation must be submitted on time.
