We are ThePaulGroup.biz, and we need a skilled Virtual Assistant to support recruiting efforts. Your tasks will include:
Posting job ads (for licensed and non-licensed life insurance agents) across job boards, social media, etc.
Sourcing potential candidates (via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Screening inbound applications (resume review, qualification checks)
Making initial outreach (via email, phone, messaging)
Scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars and sending confirmations
Tracking candidate pipelines in CRM or ATS (keeping status, followups)
Following up with prospects who haven’t responded
Occasional phone calls to vet candidates
Qualifications / Requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or sales hiring support
Comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment tools / CRM / ATS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple candidates at once
Good phone presence to conduct screening calls
Reliable, responsive, professional
Ability to work in your business hours (specify timeframe)
Hours / Compensation:
40hrs
Pay: $800 + possible incentives
Trial / probation period
