Are you a motivated and tenacious cold caller with a proven ability to generate leads and uncover seller motivation? We’re looking for someone who thrives on the phone, can handle objections with ease, and isn’t afraid to dig deep to get the information we need.
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a skilled Cold Caller to help us connect with property owners across the U.S. Your job will be to initiate outbound calls, pre-qualify sellers, build rapport, and gather critical property information for our acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls daily to motivated and non-motivated seller leads
Qualify prospects and identify pain points, motivation, timeline, and condition
Overcome objections and maintain a friendly yet persistent approach
Accurately document all call notes and lead information
Set follow-up appointments and warm transfers for acquisitions
Use dialer software to manage lead flow efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in cold calling or sales (real estate experience preferred)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Spanish-speaking ability is a big plus
Comfortable working full-time in a remote setting
Confident, proactive, and not afraid of rejection
Detail-oriented with strong listening and rapport-building skills

CRM system
Scripted call guides (with flexibility for your own style)
