???? Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Outbound Appointment Setter to follow up with warm leads. These are contacts who have opened or clicked on our marketing emails. Your job is simple. Start a conversation, qualify interest, and book a sales call with our team.
This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable speaking with owners and managers in the home service industry.
???? What You’ll Do
?? Make outbound calls to leads that have engaged with our emails
?? Qualify the lead and schedule a discovery call with our sales team
?? Log call activity and track outcomes using our CRM
?? Follow up with warm leads by phone, text, and email
?? Represent EzRefer with energy, clarity, and professionalism
???? What We’re Looking For
?? Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
?? Experience in outbound lead generation or appointment setting
?? Friendly and confident phone presence
?? Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
?? Self motivated and able to work independently
?? Familiarity with the home services industry is a plus
???? Compensation
?? Hourly wage based on experience ($8-10)
?? Performance based bonus for every deal closed from your appointments (+$25)
?? Opportunity to grow into a full time role after initial ramp period
???? Work Hours
?? Flexible part time hours 10 to 20 hours per week to start
