???? Virtual Assistant for Manual Skip Tracing – Real Estate Focused ????
This is a part time job and the monthly compensation is $500 - for 4 hours per day.
Hi! I’m looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with manual skip tracing for off-market real estate leads. Your main role will be to research and locate property owners and heirs, so we can contact them about potentially selling their property.
???? Responsibilities:
Perform manual skip tracing using tools like Whitepages, Spokeo,
Research heirs or relatives for probate or deceased owner leads
In some cases Verify ownership information using county assessor, tax, and property appraiser websites
Organize findings in spreadsheets or CRMs (Podio, Excel, etc.)
Communicate findings clearly and promptly
Follow instructions and workflows precisely
Sometimes assist with light cold calling, outreach, or sending texts/emails (if experienced)
? Requirements:
Experience with real estate research or lead generation (especially in the U.S. market)
Familiarity with skip tracing tools and techniques
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to verify data accuracy and cross-check multiple sources
Good written and spoken English
Experience with cold calling or real estate wholesaling is a big plus
Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and basic web research
Able to follow detailed SOPs and instructions consistently
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
???? Preferred But Not Required:
Familiarity with tools like PropStream, BeenVerified, or BatchLeads
Experience working with probate leads
Familiarity with Podio or CRM tools
Must to work from a quiet environment
???? Work Hours:
Flexible, part-time to start (with potential to increase hours)
Must be responsive and communicate updates regularly
