Job Overview:
We are a private real estate investment group actively seeking off-market apartment buildings (10+ units) in Connecticut, Massachusetts, & Rhode Island. We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven telemarketer to cold call property owners, identify motivated sellers, and schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.

Compensation Structure:
Base Hourly Rate: $20/hour
Appointment Incentive: $50 for each qualified appointment set that meets our property criteria
Success Bonus: If a deal closes, you receive 0.5% of the final purchase price
Example: On a $1.5 million deal, you earn $1,500!

Target Criteria:
Apartment buildings with 10+ units
Located anywhere in Connecticut (focus on Hartford, New London, New Haven, Tolland, and Fairfield Counties), Massachusetts (all counties), & Rhode Island (all counties)
Preference for absentee owners, older mortgages, or motivated to sell
Properties not listed on MLS

Role Responsibilities:
Use skip-traced lead lists (we can provide or help source)
Call property owners using provided scripts (or help refine)
Qualify leads based on ownership, property type, and motivation
Secure appointments for us to follow up and make offers

Requirements:
Proven cold calling/telemarketing experience, preferably in real estate
Clear, professional English with strong communication skills
Able to identify decision-makers and handle objections
Motivated by results and willing to track performance
