We are seeking a skilled lead generation specialist to target licensed dentists in the United States for an online professional training program, the Botox for Dentists Masterclass.
This role involves identifying dental practice owners, sending outreach emails, and qualifying leads for our sales team or directly booking enrollments.

Key Tasks:
• Research dental practices and licensed dentists in the U.S.
• Build targeted lead lists by region, specialty, and licensing.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and/or LinkedIn using our templates.
• Manage follow-ups via email automation platforms (training provided).
• Book calls or secure direct enrollments for our masterclass.

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English with a neutral or American accent (mandatory).
• Prior experience generating leads in the dental, healthcare, or professional training space.
• Familiarity with the dental industry and terminology (preferred).
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for calls.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage leads independently.

Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $10 – $15 USD/hour based on experience.
• Performance bonuses available for leads that convert.

• Target Audience: Dentists seeking CE or therapeutic training programs.
• This project involves outbound lead generation only (no customer support).
• Flexible hours but calls must align with U.S. time zones (Pacific or Central preferred).
• Scripts, email templates, and lead sources will be provided.
