???? ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a motivated, detail-oriented DISPO Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. You’ll take the lead in managing the property marketing and disposition process from start to finish—turning deals into closed transactions and helping investors find their next opportunity.
???? WHAT YOU'LL DO
Market investment properties to our cash buyer network
Coordinate property walkthroughs (virtually or in-person if needed)
Send assignment contracts and follow up with buyers
Oversee transaction coordination until closing
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in real estate dispositions
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Familiarity with contracts and real estate transaction processes
Availability to work in CST/CDT time zones.
???? COMPENSATION
Base Pay: US$600/month (Remote + Flexible hours) + Commissions + Bonus + US Holidays Off/Paid + Yearly PTO.
Commissions: Earn up to $1,500+/month on successful closings
Your hustle = Your upside. If you’re driven and consistent, your monthly earnings can easily reach $2,000 or more.
