What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to potential brokers (warm & cold leads)
- Introducing and educating prospects about our private lending solutions
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for BDM's
- Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals
- Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
? Strong communication & persuasion skills
? Previous experience in outbound sales or call centre roles (finance experience preferred)
? Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
? Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
? Proficiency in CRM software and call tracking tools
