Standards of the Inside Sales Agent
You will lead generate daily. You will call a minimum of 40 contacts each day resulting in 5-10 Nurture leads each day and 1-2 introduction per day.
A, "Nurture" is someone that has expressed an interest to buy or sell in the next 12 months that we will not meet with now and will place onto a Nurture campaign. The purpose of a Nurture campaign is to be the real estate agent that they hire. This is accomplished by:
- Providing value
- Being persistent
- Timing
Primary Objectives of the Inside Sales Agent
- Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities.
--Solicit buying opportunities for Greetings Virginia Home Buyers
--These opportunities will be properties that can be improved and acquired for a total of Acquisition plus Repairs to be no greater than 78% Repair Value.
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets.
- Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreements
Our standard is that you will:
- Schedule 2 appointments each day with a seller or a buyer.
- Get hired 75% of the time.
- Go to closing 75% of the time that you get hired.
- Close 4 transactions per month (after your first 60 days).
- Introduce at least one real estate agent (for the purpose of recruiting) each month to the Team Leader
