We are looking for a motivated and fluent Spanish & English speaker to join our real estate team as a Cold Caller. Your main role will be to make outbound calls to property owners, assess their interest in selling, and set up follow-ups for our acquisitions team. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections. Previous cold calling or sales experience is a plus but not required.
This is a part-time position (25-30 hours per week) with a base pay of $500 - $700 per month plus performance-based bonuses. To apply, please submit a 30-second to 1-minute voice recording introducing yourself or making a sample call.
