Dignity Homebuyers is seeking a Follow Up Specialist, who is eager to grow and make money, to join our growing Acquisitions team. Dignity Homebuyers is a Real Estate Investment firm, specializing in the use of marketing and sales solutions to acquire and sell investment properties across the South, Mid West and more. We operate in an entrepreneurial start-up culture and thrive on growing as a team. Our Follow Up Specialist will work in a non-corporate, fast-paced sales environment as part of our Acquisitions Team directly beside myself. Our Follow Up Specialist interacts with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

We need someone who will do what it takes to get the deal done! Someone who is hungry and motivated.

* A real estate license is NOT required.

* This is a Salary and commission-based sales position*

Position Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Calling and building rapport with distressed sellers over the phone, overcome objections and setting appointments when able.

2. Follow-up calls to pre-qualified leads (THIS IS YOUR PAYCHECK).

3. Actively listening in order to take DETAILED notes on properties.

4. CLOSE DEALS!

5. Ability to learn AND understand the basics of running investment numbers - we teach you this.

6. Negotiating with sellers according to the company's buying criteria.

7. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

8. Following the company's proven Sales Process.

9. Being a team player understanding that EVERYONE WINS.

10. Work with agents in Multiple Markets.

Requirements:

- Sales experience preferred (1-5+ yrs) - will train the right person

- Competitive nature - former athletes are great fits

-You must have a quiet working environment

-We will allow the right person to work remotely when needed but must be willing to work in our office in Dallas.

- You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption

- You must be able to work full-time

- Must be able to time-manage and prioritize tasks

-Candidate must be coachable
