As a Lead Manager, your primary goal is to connect with potential sellers, guide them through the selling process, and identify opportunities for our company to provide value. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between team members and maximizing deal potential.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new leads through calls, texts, and emails.
- Build rapport and trust with potential sellers.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Guide sellers through the process of selling their property.
- Identify and seize deal opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication within the team to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Manage relationships with leads over time, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
