Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Hourly Rate + Commission (After 3-Month Probation Period)
TOP EARNERS ARE MAKING: $640 - $1200/month
AVERAGE EARNERS: $320 - $550/month

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in identifying and prequalifying leads for our Account Managers. Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to engage with leads, understand their business needs, and prequalify them for funding. Once a lead is successfully prequalified, you will hand them over to an Account Manager for further action. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a drive to succeed. Your success will be rewarded with an hourly wage, plus commission after completing a 3-month probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to leads (provided to you) to introduce our company and what we do and assess their eligibility (B2B).
Prequalify Leads: Determine the business's qualifications based on criteria such as revenue, years in operation, and financial health. (Scripted)
Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with potential clients, answer their questions, and guide them through the initial stages of the process.
Data Management: Accurately document all lead information, including conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM system.
Handoff to Account Managers: Once leads are prequalified, transfer them to the appropriate Account Manager for further steps

Meet or Exceed Targets: Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and prequalification goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus. No experience? We’ll train the right candidate!
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the phone and via email.
Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Self-starter with the drive to meet or exceed performance metrics.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and other sales tools. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.
Excellent Time Management: Ability to manage your own schedule and handle a high volume of calls.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, upbeat, and resilient when facing rejection.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
Commission: Earn commission on closed deals after successfully completing a 3-
month probation period.

Senior SDR role.
