Job Title: Outbound Administrative Agent (Contract Renewals & New Contracts)
Job Type: Part-time (3-4 hours/day, 4 days/week)
Location: Remote/Telecommute
Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Outbound Sales Agent to handle contract renewals and secure new contracts. All leads will be provided, and your role will involve contacting clients, gathering relevant information, and ensuring smooth handoff to the internal team for contract processing.
Training: 2-hour training session on Day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Renewals: Reach out to existing clients, gather feedback, and ensure
renewals meet company needs.
New Contracts: Contact new clients to discuss potential contracts and gather
necessary information.
Documentation: Accurately log interactions and client details.
Coordination: Work with the internal team to ensure contract details are processed
efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven outbound sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication and data entry skills.
Familiarity with excel software (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
Schedule:
3-4 hours/day, 4 days/week (16 hours/week). Set schedule. Within business hours.
