We’re seeking an experienced and confident B2B sales professional to cold-call potential clients and represent our premium online training solutions to L&D Managers and HR Managers. This is a part-time freelance role requiring 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility to connect with clients in both GMT and EST time zones.
The ideal candidate will have:
? A proven track record in setting qualified appointments.
? The ability to bypass gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers.
? Exceptional persistence and follow-up skills.
? Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills.
? Confidence and professionalism to represent a premium brand.
? Knowledge of the luxury sector and prior experience selling training solutions are highly desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities include:
? Conducting cold calls to L&D and HR Managers to generate interest and secure qualified appointments.
? Representing our online training solutions with polish and professionalism.
? Following up with prospects to nurture leads and ensure appointments are meaningful.
