Are you a driven and results-oriented SDR looking to make an impact in the B2B tech space? We’re looking for rockstar SDRs to spearhead our growth in the Middle East (Dubai, Qatar, and Saudi) market, targeting enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement to create awareness and spark interest in our technology solutions.

Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of outbound leads by identifying decision-makers, understanding their pain points, and evaluating their alignment with our ideal customer profile.

Appointment Setting: Secure qualified meetings and schedule online demos for our Account Executives, setting the stage for deal closure.

CRM Management: Ensure accurate, timely, and detailed tracking of all prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system, driving accountability and data integrity.

Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to continuously refine and enhance outreach strategies, ensuring we connect with the right clients at the right time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar SDR role, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for 3. making meaningful connections through cold outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to maintain high data accuracy.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for driving results and contributing to the team’s success.
• Must be able to work within the Middle East time zone, specifically Dubai, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
