This is a campaign cold calling a list of Australian residents located on the Gold Coast in Queensland. It is a cold list. However, it's not random. It's highly targeted to people who are in high socioeconomic areas, have lived in the property for over five years, are very likely to own the home and are over 35 years of age.
The industry is Solar (installing Solar panels on residential roof tops). It's a great offer because at the moment we can offer $0 upfront with up to 30% of the cost paid for by the Queensland government.

High comms on top of the hourly rate (up to $100 per appointment that makes a sale)
A typical conversion rate from a good appointment to a sale is 1 in 4.
In a 3 hour shift you can expect at least 4 appointments, therefore one sale. The list is great so how many you get is completely up to your skills as an appointment setter.
Comms are paid when I am paid. That's typically 4 weeks after the initial appointment date and after the actual installation.
