Real Estate Acquisition Manager/Closer

This is a remote position.

DAFT Company, LLC is a reputable outsourcing company supplying premium staff of all industries to scale and revolutionize their businesses. We're looking for an Acquisition Manager? to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential real estate leads
Qualify leads and assess their needs and preferences
Provide information about properties and real estate services
Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations
Follow up with leads to encourage them to move forward in the acquisition process
Close deals and finalize agreements with clients
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Real Estate Acquisition/Closer or Sales Experience* MUST
Land Experience is not a must but a great advantage
Must have proof of closing deals in RE and/or references
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
High-speed internet connection and reliable computer
