Remote Cold Caller

Job Description:
The Cold Calling Specialist will play a crucial role in our lead generation efforts by reaching out to potential property sellers, building rapport, and identifying opportunities for property acquisitions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong ability to connect with people over the phone. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Bilingual speakers (Spanish and English) are preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse range of property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and source potential property sellers through various lead generation methods.
Conduct research to gather contact information and property details of potential leads.
Cold Calling:
Make outbound calls to property owners to introduce the company, explain the benefits of selling their property to us, and gauge their interest.
Handle objections and provide solutions to address seller concerns.
Maintain a high volume of calls and follow-ups daily.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships.
Accurately enter and update lead information in the CRM system.
Track call outcomes and maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up activities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the acquisitions team to pass on qualified leads for further evaluation and negotiation.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly monthly and quarterly targets for calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales-oriented role.
Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in wholesaling, is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience in handling objections, negotiating deals, and closing sales over the phone.
Proficient in using CRM software and other lead management tools.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor the conversation accordingly.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to continue making calls and following up on leads.
Demonstrated perseverance and a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Strong organizational skills to keep track of numerous leads and follow-up activities.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bilingual: (Spanish and English) speakers are preferred.
