Hours: 40 per week, Eastern Time (might have work shift on weekends)
Please be advised that this is for a permanent post, not part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients or insureds in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
-Handle the servicing non-licensed tasks such as sending policy documents, processing payments, and gathering information needed for a quote and send to the quoting department.
-Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions within our CRM system.
Requirements:
-Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in inbound/outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service,
-Basic understanding of US insurance industry is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
-Flexible and adaptable to changing workload volumes and work schedules.
-Reliable internet connection with acceptable WiFi speed for remote work, internet backup is required.
-Comfortable to be on webcam during the shift.
-Employee monitoring software will be installed on your computer.

Compensation:
$800 USD per month
