Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and independent Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses to land new accounts, answering inquiries, providing quotes, managing email communications, and engaging with our audience on social media platforms. This position requires reliable internet and equipment to perform tasks efficiently from home.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Outreach and Relationship Building:

Initiate and maintain contact with businesses to establish and nurture relationships.
Identify potential business clients and proactively reach out to secure new accounts.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a database of potential and existing clients.

Customer Support and Quoting:

Answer incoming calls from potential and existing clients.
Provide accurate quotes and information about our cleaning services.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Email Management:

Manage email communications with clients, responding to inquiries and following up on leads.
Send out quotes, service information, and follow-up emails as necessary.

Social Media Management:

Create and post approved content on our social media platforms.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform WFH duties.
